- Professional service providers, like a photobooth, may drive their vehicles to different access points to the gardens to deliver, set-up and breakdown.
- Items used for the service may be delivered and picked up anytime on wedding day (Saturday). Items may not be delivered in advance or picked up later in the week.
- Irongate is not responsible for anything delivered to the property. It should not be considered a secure location. Rental and personal items, decor, props, etc. left at the venue are done so at your own risk.
- Items that have excessive weight (dance floor, photo booths, etc.) must be removed immediately after the event to prevent damage to the gardens.
